Agenda
현재 제1공학관 5층의 테라스는 건축학도들이 설계의 스트레스를 풀 수 있는 유일한 외부 공간이다. 그러나 이 테라스는 직각 그리드에 갇혀 단순한 오픈 스페이스로만 활용되고 있어 답답함을 느끼게 한다. 건물의 외관에서 보면 22동의 5층에만 공간이 하나 쏙 파여져 있는 느낌을 준다. 이 답답한 공간을 개방감을 더하고 싶었다. 그리고 건축학도들이 편리하게 이용할 수 있게 중요한 공간들을 연결하고 싶었다.
Currently, the terrace of the first engine of the first engineering tube is the only external space that can solve the stress of design. However, this terrace is being used as simple open space, so it feels frustrated as simple open space. In the outside of the building, it feels like a space on the fifth floor of the building. I want to open this frustrated space. And I want to connect the important space that architecture students can conveniently.
Concept
두 매스 사이에는 테라스가 위치해 있으며, 남향 전망은 나무로 가려져 있어 유일한 시야 조차도 제한적이다. 사용자가 더 편안함을 느낄 수 있도록, 테라스를 양쪽으로 확장하고 남쪽으로 리모델링하여 더 많은 가시성을 확보하는 것이 해결책이 될 수 있다. 이를 통해 답답함을 해소할 수 있다.
A terrace is located between the two masses, and the south-facing view is covered with trees, so even the only view is limited. For the user to feel more comfortable, expanding the terrace on both sides and remodeling to the south may be a solution to secure more visibility. Through this, it is possible to relieve the frustration.
Site
제1공학관의 5층 건축 도서관은 내부에 위치하고 있으며, 외부로부터의 접근은 불가능하고 내부에서만 진입할 수 있다. 내부에는 계단이 존재하여 층간 이동이 가능한다. 테라스는 외부 공간이지만 개방감이 부족해 답답한 느낌을 주며, 테라스의 유일하게 남향 뷰의 시야가 가려져 전망이 제한된다.
The fifth-floor architectural library located inside the first engine, and it can be impossible, and access from outside. Inside, there is a stair, there is possible to move between layers. Terrace is an external space, but the only feeling frustrated, and the only view of the terrace of the terrace is limited.
